According to customs officials, the lady belongs to Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh and had gone to Lahore to meet her relatives.

When she arrived on Thursday on the Samjhauta Express, a pistol and some cartridges were recovered from her baggage.

The customs authorities were questioning her when the news was filed.
