Various teams of the health department on Monday scanned the records of Preet, Makkar, Karan, Sacred Heart, Sanjeevani, Rattan, Berry, Shri Devi Talab Charitable and Dr Baljinder Singh hospitals here.
They told the authorities of these hospitals to maintain proper records to avoid severe penalty.
