Jr NTR’s fans were in for a shock when rumours emerged that their matinee idol’s upcoming film, Jai Lava Kusa had backed out of Dussehra race to avoid clash with superstar Mahesh Babu’s Spyder. However, the makers of the film on Monday quashed the rumours and confirmed that there will be no change in the release of the film.
As planned earlier, Jai Lava Kusa, which features NTR in a triple role, will hit the screens on September 21. They also confirmed that the teaser for Lava’s character will be officially revealed in a few days.
Being directed by Bobby, who has teamed up with NTR for the first time, the project also stars Nivetha Thomas and Raashi Khanna. NTR will be seen wearing prosthetic make-up for one of the roles which is rumoured to be that of the antagonist. The makers have so far given us a glimpse of Jai and Lava.

Jr NTR is currently shooting for Bigg Boss Telugu and wrapping up Jai Lava Kusa, which is inching closer to completion. The project is being bankrolled by the actor’s brother Kalyanram.
