Dhanush starrer Anegan's official teaser is out. The one-minute long video gives you a hint that this is a typical Dhanush film - star-crossed lovers with the boy coming from a humble background and one who must fight hard and beat all odds to get his love. Only there seems to be a re-incarnation angle to it. The teaser takes us back and forth from the present to the past in what looks to be south-east Asia, possibly Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Hopelessly-in-love couple, in an idyllic world, possibly meets a painful end.

Cut to the present. Dhanush's character does what the actor routinely plays - a young man from a lower middle class background who trips for the pretty girl in town, played by Amyra Dastur, Tamil cinema's freshest import from Bollywood.

What's certain is that Anegan promises to be a usual Dhanush entertainer with great music and credible performances.
