The first teaser of Varun Tej’s Tholi Prema, which comes with the tagline ‘a journey of love’ was released on Wednesday and going by the visuals, it looks like it’s going to be a film about the protagonist searching for his first love. In the teaser, we hear Varun Tej saying that no matter how many girls come and go in our lives, it’s never easy to forget first love. The visuals are superbly complemented by S.S Thaman’s terrific score as we hear couple of lines of the title track.
Directed by Venky Atluri, the film also stars Raashi Khanna. A major portion of the film has been shot in London and we get a glimpse of it in the teaser. The makers have confirmed that Tholi Prema will hit the screens on February 9. Varun Tej will be looking to start the New Year with a bang with this project, which is believed to have come out very well. BVSN Prasad has produced the film, which has cinematography by George C Williams.
The makers are currently filming the final schedule of the film, which has borrowed its title from the super hit Pawan Kalyan starrer which was directed by Karunakaran. Varun is Pawan Kalyan’s nephew.
