Human Ken Doll shocks fans, says wants to undergo sex change surgery, become Barbie

Rodrigo Alves has undergone 60 plastic surgeries in a bid to resemble Ken, the doll.

Rodrigo Alves, popularly known as the human Ken Doll, shocked his fans by saying that when he is older, he may want to undergo a sex change surgery to look like Barbie.

Known for his pursuit of the ‘perfect’ body, the 34-year-old has undergone a whopping 60 surgeries and more than a 100 aesthetic procedures. ‘One day when I’m older, I may have a sex change and become a Barbie as my manhood is the only part of my body still untouched by surgeries,’ he said on an Italian TV show, earlier this week.

Alves said he’d rather be a ‘good looking old lady’ than an ‘old saggy man’.

‘Being a live human Ken Doll has never been easy. It takes constant maintenance. Bits fall off and need repairing now and again,” he told MailOnline.

Alves has often been criticised for altering his body drastically.

Last month, Alves said he was undergoing gastric bypass - typically reserved for the morbidly obese - but has now admitted that he wants to focus on losing weight ‘the natural way’ after being warned off the surgery. He had said that he’s no longer favouring liposuction but is going to try a healthy diet, as he struggled to cope with the stress in the lead up to his tenth nose job to help him breathe properly, reports metro.co.uk.
