Interim Budget 2024: Key highlights from Nirmala Sitharaman's speech

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, during the presentation of the Interim Budget on Thursday, stated that "the next five years will be a period of exceptional growth and significant milestones towards achieving the vision of a developed India by 2047." She also mentioned that a full budget will be presented by the new government following the elections in April and May.
