ISRO's launch vehicle PSLV-C59 carrying two satellites of European Space Agency's (ESA) Proba-3 spacecraft lifts off from Satish Dhawan Space Centre, in Sriharikota
Sriharikota: The PSLV-C59/PROBA-3 Mission, the 61st flight of PSLV and the 26th using PSLV-XL configuration, is set to carry ESA's Proba-3 satellites into a highly elliptical orbit.
Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla (Prime) and Group Captain Prasanth Balakrishnan Nair (Backup), also known as the Gaganyatris, began training in the United States in August 2024 as part of a joint effort between ISRO and NASA.
