Earlier this year, Amazon launched a programme called Local Shops on Amazon, and today, over 22,000 local shops and neighbourhood stores across India are a part of the programme.

Police said they were not sure if the deaths were due to exposure to the chemical or the fall that they suffered. All three had suffered burn injuries and policemen who had arrived to help them too said they had suffered burning sensation when they tried to lift the victims up.

According to the Delhi fire service officials, they received a call at their control room at 12.46pm that a house has caught fire in Shri Ram Colony, Nilothi Extension, and several people are injured.
A 30-year-old woman was stabbed and injured with a pair of scissors, allegedly by a tailor and his two brothers after she objected to “objectionable remarks and gestures” that he often directed at her sister.

The decision to carry out the sealing drive against polluting units in outer Delhi’s Tikri, Mundka and Nangloi was taken on the direction of Environment Pollution Control Committee (EPCA) after reports of rising pollution levels in these areas due to open burning of plastic waste.
