From BJP leader Parvesh Verma and Union Minister rakish Javadekar likening Chief Minister Kejriwal to a terrorist to slogans like 'goli maaro' slogans, this campaign has seen it all. As campaigning comes to an end this evening, we debate, will the vitriolic speeches benefit or backfire?</p>
