Supreme Court rejects govt’s objections, allows use of leaked documents in Rafale case

Supreme Court to hold open court hearing of plea seeking review of Rafale verdict

The Rafale review petitions will be taken up with the government’s application seeking modification of the order. No date has been fixed for the hearing though.
