Besides positive GST collections since September, numbers of states having negative year-on-year revenue growth have also reduced from 15 in September to seven in October, Union finance ministry officials said requesting anonymity.

China’s 4,292 Starbucks stores brought in 10% of the company’s revenue during the October-December period, so the closure will affect earnings, the company said. But it’s not yet clear how much of an impact there will be. Starbucks had expected full-year revenue growth in the 6% to 8% range and same-store sales growth of 3% to 4%.

It has recognized aircraft and supplemental lease rentals of Rs 114 cr relating to 737 MAX planes, as other income. At the net level, SpiceJet reported a net profit of about Rs 262 crore, far ahead of the Street estimate of Rs 137.5 crore
