CR’s new skywalk to link Prabhadevi RoB to Parel station

This will enable commuters walking on the RoB to directly reach Parel station’s platforms without having to go through Prabhadevi railway station, which falls on the adjacent Western Railway (WR) line.

The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) said the skywalk has been installed with several unique features, which will make the walk between the two stations comfortable.

Skywalk, new parking in Nehru Place facelift plan

DDA has funds of Rs 182.59 crore and Rs 87.74 crore under the facelift plan for Nehru Place and Bhikhaji Cama, respectively that will include skywalk, amphitheatre, automated parking and a lot more.

No representative from the Delhi government has been invited for the launch of the project on October 15. The skywalk has been funded by the Centre and designed and constructed by Delhi government’s PWD department.
