The No Strings Attached actor made it to the top by earning $100,000 per episode more than his Two and a Half Men co-star Jon Cryer, to top the TV comedy earners list with $750,000 per episode, Contactmusic reported.

Also, Mariska Hargitay beat The Mentalist's Simon Baker in the drama category with $400,000 salary per episode and America's Got Talent judge Howard Stern and American Idol host Ryan Seacrest became top earning reality TV star with $15 million earnings per season.

Ellen Degeneres remains at the top of the list in the daytime television category on the annual TV Guide Who Earns What countdown.
