Television star Mouni Roy turns 32 on Thursday. As difficult as it may be for you to believe that number, it is indeed true.

Mouni made her debut with Ekta Kapoor’s hit daily soap opera Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi in 2007. She played lead character Smriti Irani’s adopted daughter, Krishna Tulsi. She then appeared on dance reality show Zara Nach Ke Dikha and daily soap Kasturi.

Her big break came with Devon Ke Dev Mahadev, in which she played Parvati opposite her rumoured real life boyfriend, Mohit Raina, who played Shiva.

Mouni, however, became a household name with her role as Shivanya in Colors Naagin in 2015.

The actor is now preparing to make her Bollywood debut with Gold opposite Akshay Kumar in 2018. The film tells the story of India’s first Olympic medal win as a free nation in the year 1948 at the 14th Olympic Games at London.

However, she is not known only for her work as an actor. Mouni is also one of the most stylish people on Hindi television right now and is source of constant fashion inspiration for her many fans on social media.
