Karan Johar surprised at Deepika Padukone, Anushka friendship

Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra will be seen on Koffee with Karan. Talking on the show, when Deepika said she is friends with Anushka Sharma, Karan was amused. Read on for more from the Koffee couch.

Filmmaker Karan Johar's talk show remains a headline-maker. In a teaser from an upcoming episode with Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra, Karan gets really amused with Deepika's answers.

Deepika says, "It's a perception that actors can't get along. I really get along with many actors."

Karan then asks, "You get along with actors, really? Who else do you get along with?"

When Deepika begins with Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif, the show host intervenes.

Karan says, "You are friends with Anushka! I am really choked on that. If you think you are friends with Anushka, you are really living in a bubble."

Interestingly, Priyanka Chopra makes a gesture of popping the bubble Deepika is supposed to live in!

Priyanka and Deepika bonded big time on the show. The ladies are unfazed with all the competition talk and only have good things to say about each other. In fact Priyanka did an item number in Ram-leela and Deepika was floored by Piggy Chops' dancing skills. "I think she has done such a flawless job," she had said in an interview before.

Priyanka has shared her pic with Deepika from the show on Instagram: "And it's wrap on some fabulous Koffee. Thank u @deepikapadukone for having my back and @karanjohar for having us," she writes.

If you recall, the generally reserved Deepika Padukone took jibes at ex-beau Ranbir Kapoor, along with Sonam Kapoor in the last season of the popular chat show.
