Mrunal and Tinaa meet their Indonesian fan who has been making their sketches

Uttaran actors Mrunal Jain and Tinaa Duttaa met a devoted fan in Jakarta, Indonesia, who travelled all the way from Jombang to give them sketches.

Television actor Mrunal Jain and his Uttaran co-star Tinaa Duttaa made a fan’s dream come true by taking time out to meet her, despite a packed schedule at their live show in Indonesia. The Indonesian fan, Shirley Lin, had made a sketch of them and came to meet them in Jakarata, all the way from Jombang. The fan was keen on presenting the sketch to them in person.

“It was so nice to meet Shirley. More than her, I am so happy that I got to interact with such an ardent fan of mine. Her drawings were amazing. We are what we are because of our fans. Acting is a challenging job and fan experiences like these make it worthwhile,” says Mrunal, who has been part of shows such as Uttaran and Bandhan. Shirley has been in touch with the actors for a long time now, and had informed Mrunal through e-mail that she would personally like to give him the artwork in person. The actor promptly gave her the address.

Tinaa was awestruck by Shirley and said, “She is a bundle of talent and an amazing girl. It was a happy moment to meet a good and honest fan. I am thankful to her for making my lovely sketches”
