Ssharad Malhotraa on settling down: The word ‘marriage’ gives me jitters

TV actor Ssharad Malhotraa says that his girlfriend Pooja Bisht and he are trying to understand each other better before they take their relationship to the next level.

TV actors Ssharad Malhotraa and Pooja Bisht have been in a steady relationship for almost a year now. Though Ssharad is more than willing to take their relationship to the next level, he admits that he hasn’t yet thought about getting married in the near future.

Actor Ssharad Malhotraa is not ready to tie the knot yet.

“I [also] want to see myself settling down but I don’t know when that is going to happen. The word marriage gives me jitters. It sends a shiver down my spine. I’m not commitment phobic but marriage is a big responsibility and I am still preparing myself for the day when I can finally be ready to get married,” says Ssharad.

Talking about the compatibility quotient and the bond he shares with Pooja, the actor adds, “We both are trying to figure out and understand one another with each passing day, and I guess once that is done, we will decide to settle down.”

Ssharad, who has been a part of shows such as Banoo Main Teri Dulhan and Bharat Ka Veer Putra: Maharana Pratap, has his own definition of love.

“Love for me is life. If love exists in your life, you become a happier person. I think love makes you a sweeter person, and people wish to be around you. I want to be loving and understanding towards people and make them feel loved,” adds the actor.
