- In a rare gesture amid an international crisis caused due to Russia's invasion of Ukraine, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has found support in an unusual opposition leader. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in a letter has conveyed unconditional support to Prime Minister Modi and asked him if he wants to convene an all-party meeting to get everyone on board about his plans. "In times of grave international crisis we keep aside our domestic disagreements to stand united as a nation. We do this to make sure that our dignity as a nation is unchallenged and unviolated. We do this to ensure that the principles on which we conduct our foreign affairs continue to be stable in the global arena," the letter said. Watch this video for more details.
