Prime Minister Narendra Modi campaigned in Jharkhand's Dumka on Sunday. He justified the recent amendments to Citizenship law, which grant Indian citizenship to non-Muslim immigrants from three neighbouring countries of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. PM labelled the decision '1000% right'. He also hailed the people of North-East for putting across their point 'peacefully', while accusing the Opposition of trying to spread unrest.
