A massive inferno ripped through Dhaka’s Korail slum, one of the largest informal settlements in Bangladesh, leaving thousands homeless and families desperately searching for missing loved ones. The fire spread rapidly through tightly packed homes, destroying over 1,500 houses and forcing nearly 80,000 people to flee with nothing but the clothes on their backs.
