Biden fumbles on ‘kleptocracy’, laughs at self during speech on Ukraine I Viral

• U.S President Joe Biden made a string of gaffes during his White House speech. Joe Biden appeared to struggle while reading from the teleprompter as he attempted to set out plans for a new package of military and humanitarian aid for Ukraine totalling £27 billion. In an apparent verbal slip-up, the President twice referred to 'accommodating Russian oligarchs.' He also struggled to read the words 'kleptocracy' and 'kleptocrats' off his teleprompter.
