Bangalore runs marathon to spread awareness on drug abuse

A marathon was organised in Bengaluru to spread awareness against drug abuse on Monday. People from all walks of life and ages participated in the marathon. Karnataka Police have kick started this campaign along with Kannada actors to combat drug abuse in the state. “The drive is to spread awareness about drug menace and it is great that Kannada actors are participating in this special drives”, said Bengaluru Commissioner of Police T Suneel Kumar. Karnataka has a special toll-free number 1098 to report drug related crimes.
