Monsoon wreaks havoc in Rajasthan

Parts of the nation are battling incessant rains and flood-like situations in the ongoing monsoon season. While houses could be seen submerged under the rainwater, streets and road were also not untouched by the muddy water giving tough times to the residents in Rajasthan. The swelling water has claimed lives in Rajasthan. In last 15 days, there have been four incidents of vehicles getting swept away in swollen rivers or on roads that pass through them. Authorities have sounded alerts and the residents have been asked to shift to safer areas.
