Covid: India closer to getting 3rd vaccine as panel clears Russia's Sputnik V

- Amid a fresh wave of Covid-19 infections in India, a panel of experts cleared Russia's Sputnik V vaccine for emergency use. Now, the Drugs Controller General of India has to approve the vaccine based the experts' recommendation. Pharma major Dr Reddy's conducted clinical trials of the vaccine in India. The jab was found to have over 91% efficacy in trials in Russia. The vaccine was developed by the Gamaleya National Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology. Watch the full video for more.
