Covid lockdown: When should govts lift curbs? Dr Lal Pathlab MD answers

With a second wave of Covid-19 infections lashing the entire country, Dr Arvind Lal, MD of Dr Lal Pathlabs, spoke on when lockdowns and other restrictions in force in many parts of India, can be lifted. He said that the current national positivity rate is around 21%, and lockdowns should be lifted once it comes down to below 10%. Positivity rate is the percentage of positive Covid results out of total tests conducted. Watch the full video for more.
