Covid update: Trump targets China; WHO’s vaccine warning; cases Vs recoveries

Veteran actor Ashalata Wabgaonkar died on Tuesday due to Covid-19. Tributes poured in from Anil Kapoor, Shabana Azmi, Renuka Shahane, and others. Wabgaonkar was known for her roles in Ahista Ahista, Who Saat Din, and Ankush. Meanwhile, India recorded the lowest daily cases in almost a month, on Tuesday. 75,083 cases of Covid-19 were reported in India, as per health ministry data. Almost 45 lakh people have recovered so far from Covid-19 with over 9.75 lakh active cases. Over six crore tests were done will September 17.
