Covid-19 patient’s family abandons him, SDRF carries body & helps in cremation

- The State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) personnel carried the body of a Covid-19 and later helped in the cremation after his family and villagers abandoned it in Uttarakhand’s Pithoragarh district. The SDRF personnel were seen carrying the body on a bamboo stick down the hill. The team of SDRF personnel reached the village in Pithoragarh after the son of the deceased called them. The team helped in arranging woods for cremation too. Earlier, a Covid-19 positive patient was helped by an SDRF in reaching hospital. Watch the full video for more details.
