US President Donald Trump's impulse to restore normalcy met a sober reality check on March 29. The US government's top disease expert said that US could experience more than 100,000 deaths. It was a stark shift in tone by Trump, who mused about the country reopening in a few weeks. Trump said, “On Easter, it probably could be a peak. That could be a peak period. Trump also extended restrictive social distancing guidelines through April. Watch the video for more details.
