From ‘Aarti’ to sit-ups on the road: How cops tackle lockdown violators

Policemen in Thane found a unique way to shame lockdown violators in the city. They gathered the violators and performed aarti for them with a policeman also singing an improvised version of the 'Aarti. Meanwhile in Singhad road, Pune, people who violated the lockdown were made to do sit-ups on the streets by police. These people were out on the streets even as India is under lockdown till 3 May, 2020 to curb the spread of COVID-19. Watch the full video for all the details.
