'Only fully vaccinated can...': Govt lists do's and don'ts for Diwali, Eid

Ahead of the festive season, the Centre said mass gatherings should be discouraged. The Centre also said that festivals need to be celebrated in a subdued manner like last year. The Centre's warning comes on a day that India recorded 47,092 covid cases, highest daily spike in 2 months. "Full vaccination should be a prerequisite if it is absolutely essential to attend a gathering," ICMR Director-General Dr Balram Bhargava said. NITI Aayog member (Health) Dr V K Paul also urged people to be careful particularly in the context of the upcoming festivals and changes in weather. Watch the full video for more.
