Watch: MLA fights for chair with doctor at Bihar health centre, blames CM Nitish

• An argument broke out at a health centre in Bihar when a Congress Member of Legislative Assembly arrived for an inspection. Pratima Kumari asked Dr Shyam Babu to vacate his chair for her. The doctor refused, reportedly leading to an argument in which the MLA cited 'protocol'. With the doctor refusing to budge, another chair was brought for the legislator.
