Bangladesh beat India by 7 wickets in the first T20I match at Delhi's Arun Jaitley Stadium. This was Bangladesh's first ever T20 victory against India. Batting first, India set a target of 148/6 for the visitors. Mushfiqur Rahim hit an unbeaten 60 guiding his team to victory. In the post-match conference, Skipper Rohit Sharma commented about the maiden T20I loss. He said that there were couple of decisions that they didn't make right on the field.
