Doug Ford Softens Tone on Trump, Calls for U.S.-Canada Trade Talks to Resume

Ontario Premier Doug Ford has softened his rhetoric toward U.S. President Donald Trump, calling for both sides to “get back to the table” and restart tariff negotiations. Ford said he wants to help Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney revive talks after negotiations collapsed last week.
