Empty chairs: How Cong explained PM no-show rally; BJP rebuts, cries ‘sabotage'

After lapse in PM's security, the BJP have accused Congress of sabotaging PM's rally. Punjab Chief Minister Channi has refuted BJP's accusation, saying '70,000 were expected, but only 700 turned up for PM's rally'. CM, Punjab ministers & Cong leaders say security breach wasn't the reason, PM turned back because of empty chairs at rally venue. The BJP hit back saying 'Congress resorting to unconstitutional means to eliminate PM Modi'.
