President Volodymyr Zelensky reports that, after a night with almost no Russian strikes on Ukraine’s power grid, Moscow has shifted toward attacking logistics and other critical targets, including rail infrastructure, a mobile power‑car in Dnipropetrovsk region, and facilities such as the Philip Morris logistics hub near Kharkiv, as well as continuing bombardment of frontline and border areas like Donetsk, Nikopol, Kherson, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Chernihiv. He says Ukraine is “mirroring” the current pause in attacks on Russia’s power plants in line with recent understandings involving the United States, while warning that the scale and duration of any lull depends on partners and pledging that Kyiv is ready to respond if Russian strikes resume.
