On day one at the Lakme Fashion Week Festive Winter, Payal singhal's 'Bridal Fantasy' collection evoked the visions of Umrao Jaan and Lady Gaga, the two contrasting fashion icons. Wearing a pure opulent look, models walked down the ramp in kalidar kurtas, ornate blouses, lehengas, kurtas with shimmering churidaars, and anarkalis.With the collection glittering with crystals, polkis and embroidery, Payal gave the bridal wear a fusion touch.The embroidery was done cleverly as crystals and polkis shimmered on yokes, as necklaces draped over shoulders.
