Dostana brings Karan and Yash Raj together

Karan Johar's much-hyped Gen-Next movie Dostana that hit the theatres on Friday is being distributed by Yash Raj Films. Karan has invested around Rs 450 million in the movie under his banner Dharma Productions. According to industry insider, Karan sold the distribution rights of the movie for Rs 900 million to Yash Raj Films. Now YRF has released approximately 1,000 prints of the films worldwide.
