Movies based on teacher-student relationship have not been explored much in Bollywood, but whenever the subject is picked up it never fails to make a mark. Mohabbatein, released in 2000, was a movie that dealt with the teacher-student relationship. In this film, Amitabh Bachchan plays the strict principal who is very particular about discipline in his college.
