Buzz has it that star couple Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna is expecting their second child. The speculations are rife as Tina, known for her style statement, was recently spotted with a tiny mid-bump, to a social do. The event was the launch of Suzanne Roshan's new showroom where Twinkle arrived in short satin outfit with a visible bulging belly.
