Will Akshay Kumar’s Padman change India’s sanitary pad problems?

Akshay Kumar off late has come across as the actor who's made movies of national interest. His last movie 'Toilet-Ek Prem Katha' garnered a lot of attention that it ended up being tax free in many states. He is hoping to get a similar response when he's taken up the issue of sanitary pads in his next movie Padman. He says that he doesn't want to earn money through Padman.
