After approving a £2.26 billion loan for Ukraine to manufacture weapons, UK's Keir Starmer announced more support for Volodymyr Zelensky's war-ravaged nation on March 02. His announcement came as European leaders including France's Emmanuel Macron, EU's Ursula Von der Leyen, Italy's Giorgia Meloni and others attended a key summit in London to discuss Ukraine.
