‘Eyewash’: Why Priyanka Gandhi slammed Ayodhya 'land scam' probe ordered by Yogi

Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi Vadra lashed out at BJP leaders and govt officials over Ayodhya ‘land scam’. She said the probe ordered by the Uttar Pradesh Government into the Ayodhya ‘land scam’ was an eyewash and demanded intervention of the Supreme Court. The Congress leader alleged that the ruling BJP was committing ‘loot’ and hurting people's faith. Last evening, UP CM Yogi Adityanath ordered a probe into the deals that were made in Ayodhya. A news report has claimed that MLAs, mayors, relatives of the commissioner, SDM and DIG bought land in Ayodhya after the Supreme Court announced the verdict in the Ramjanmabhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute, clearing the way for construction of the Ram temple.
