First Khamenei threatens Trump with revenge, then sends 'subtle' warning with protestors crackdown

Iran’s Law Enforcement Command (FARAJA) announced it has dismantled what it calls a major terrorist network trained by Israel’s Mossad, claiming more than 60,000 weapons were intercepted in Bushehr before reaching Tehran and that key members of a “dangerous and heavily armed” gang were arrested after storming and looting military and police bases. State media say over 3,000 people allegedly tied to terrorist groups have now been detained, as senior cleric Seyyed Ahmad Khatami brands the unrest a foreign‑orchestrated “terrorist war,” urges “the most severe punishment” for rioters, but also concedes that economic grievances and rising prices must be addressed even as President Donald Trump eases off earlier threats of U.S. military action after signals that executions in Iran have been temporarily halted.
