'I'm not supposed to talk about...': NATO rebel leader on EU 'secret bombshell' plan to fund Ukraine

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban claimed the EU has a “secret plan” to give Ukraine up to $1.5 trillion after leaders’ emergency talks in Brussels, saying Kyiv’s $800 billion demand for recovery was fully accepted and could be followed by another $700 billion in military spending. Orban said he was not authorised to reveal the document and called the move a “bombshell.” He also rejected Ukraine’s EU accession and criticised continued funding for Kyiv, as EU divisions deepen over loans, frozen Russian assets, and long-term support for the war-torn country.
