Watch: 5 houses washed away due to heavy downpour in Uttarakhand

Five houses were washed away due to heavy rain in Uttarakhand's Dharchula. The incident occurred on July 19 in the hill town of Munsiyari in Pithoragarh district. Due to heavy rain, the water level of Gori river in the area has risen after which people living near it have been shifted towards safe areas by the local administration. Pithoragarh DM said that affected families will be provided compensation. Watch the full video for more.
