After Kathua and Surat, eight-year-old raped and killed in Etah

Amidst nationwide outrage over brutal gangrape and murder of a minor in J&K's Kathua, another eight-year-old girl was allegedly killed after being raped in Uttar Pradesh's Etah. Etah is the third reported incident in a row which brings forth the violence perpetrated against minors in India. The incident comes at a time when the nation is witnessing widespread protests against the government's alleged inaction in the rape-and-murder of Kathua victim.
