As rain batters Karnataka, CM Yediyuruppa focuses on flood relief

Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyuruppa visited the flood-affected areas of Belagavi. Yediyurappa formed teams of BJP leaders to take up relief works. BJP MPs, MLAs and MLCs are part of the relief work teams. NDRF teams have been deployed to conduct relief operations. Over 90 people were evacuated and sheltered in relief centers. The Karnataka CM earlier conducted aerial survey of several flood-hit districts. Flood has affected parts of Karnataka throwing normal life out of gear.
