Bihar minister’s house waterlogged in Patna: Monsoon challenge amid Covid

Bihar road construction minister's residence was reportedly waterlogged in Patna. This after rains lashed Bihar's capital city. Monsoon has covered the entire country around 12 days ahead of its normal pattern. Waterlogging and inundation were witnessed in many parts of Patna. What may complicate matters further is the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Bihar has reported over 8,900 cases of Covid infection so far, with over 50 deaths.
