‘Businesses have to solve needs of customers to succeed’: Aditya Ghosh

Aditya Ghosh, the CEO of Oyo Hotels and Homes, attended the HT tourism conclave and spoke the factors that drive a company to success. He said that capital is not a guarantee for success and added that companies need to cater to the customers' needs to thrive. Ghosh said that what people tell them is very valuable feedback and it helps them make their service better.
